ପିଠା ଆମ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ସଂସ୍କୃତି ଆଉ ପରମ୍ପରାର ପ୍ରତୀକ | ପ୍ରତି ପର୍ବ ଓ ପର୍ବାଣିକୁ ଉତ୍ସବ ମୁଖର କରାଇଥାଏ ମାଆ ହାତରନ୍ଧା ପିଠା | ମହ ମହ ବାସନାରେ ମହକି ଯାଏ ଘର ଅଗଣା | ପ୍ରବାସରେ ଥାଇ ବି ମାଣବସା ଗୁରୁବାରରେ ଧଳା ମଣ୍ଡା କରି ଖାଇବାର ଉତ୍ସାହ ଅତି ନିଆରା | ତେବେ ଚାଲନ୍ତୁ ସମସ୍ତେ ମିଶି ପୁଣି ଟିକେ ଗାଁ ଦାଣ୍ଡର ମହକକୁ ମନେ ପକାଇ ଦେବା, ଆମର ବାର ମାସର ତେର ପର୍ବର ସୁଆଦକୁ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ନେଇ ଆସିବା | ପିଠା ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତାରେ ଯୋଗଦାନ ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ନିମନ୍ତ୍ରଣ ରହିଲା |
This is just our small attempt to spread this unique culture of Odisha.
We invite you to come forward and reveal your cooking talents by registering for the @54thOSA “PITHA COMPETITION – ଓଡ଼ିଆ ପିଠା ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା“.
Preparation details:
- Fill out the form with all the details.
- Bring your self-made dish with a recipe.
- Judges will score the dish on the basis of taste, innovation, and presentation.
Guidelines
- Limited Participants (30) so it’s a first-come-first-basis.
- You must register before May 30th by filling the participate form below.
- To withdraw your registration for any reason, please send an email to contest2023pitha@osanaconvention.org for cancellation.
