I pre-registered for $50 long back. Do I still need to register?

Yes you’d need to complete your full registration. Pre-Registration was open while we were working out the details of the full registration. You’d need to complete the full registration to be a part of the convention, including your food preferences

I don’t think I have the pre-registration coupon. Where can I find that $100 coupon?

I have already provided all my information including my name, email, phone number, number of attendees during pre-registration. Why do I have to go through the full registration process again?

Thank you for pre-registering and providing your info! We’d need everyone to complete the full registration to make this an exceptional experience for everybody involved. During full registration, we capture the names of individuals attending with you, your food preferences for each day of attendance among other things. Please complete your registration here if you haven’t already.

I have pledged to donate, and we were told that all our lunch and dinner expenses will be taken care of. Do I still need to register?

Thank you for your donation pledge – we are very grateful! Everyone needs to complete the full registration, including those who have pledged to donate.This is to capture the attendance details, including food preferences. Please complete the registration and indicate your donor tier on the form. You will not be asked to make any payment. A volunteer will contact you and help you through all the benefits of your donation and the payment process.

Do I have to use a credit card for completing the registration? Are there alternate payment options?

You don’t have to use a credit card. There are alternate payment options such as Zelle, PayPal and even paper checks. Please select “Other Form of Payment” and you’ll see other choices come up on the registration form

I am not sure how much I’m going to donate. Do I still register now or wait until I have more clarity?

I might have my parents join me at the convention – their travel plans are not solidified yet. Should I register now or wait until their plans are final?

We recommend that you register now with details on whoever is planning to attend as of now. You can add your parents’ details later. The family registration fee does not change for adding dependent/visiting parents

I have now completed my registration. How do I get my $50 pre-registration fee refunded?

Your $50 pre-registration was matched by the convention to get you a $100 coupon. If you think you have not used the coupon or might have misplaced it, please contact the registration hotline +1 (408) 320-9014 or send an email to registration@osa2022.org for further guidance on this.

Is the $50 pre-registration amount refundable?

It is no longer refundable. This was refundable prior to March 1, 2022. The good news is, this has no expiry date like the early-bird promotion

Is this $50 pre-registration transferable?

No, this is not transferable.

Does registration fee cover food, accommodation and sightseeing?

No. The registration fee doesn’t cover food, accommodation and sightseeing. However, the registration process allows you to sign-up for food and gives you the link for booking hotel accommodation at a special OSA discounted rate.
